Update on Ticket Sales for the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations Morocco 2025

Rabat / October 28, 2025 — Beginning today at 12:30 PM (CET), nationals from four countries—Egypt, Tunisia, South Africa and Zambia—who do not possess biometric passports will now be able to use the manual data‐entry option on the official YALLA app.
This new measure enables them to obtain their Fan ID as well as the required eVisa/AEVM (Electronic Travel Authorization to Morocco) — both mandatory steps before purchasing match tickets via the official Confederation of African Football (CAF) ticketing platform.

What you need to know

  • Every applicant must secure a Fan ID via the YALLA app, which will allow ticket purchase for the tournament.
  • Each Fan ID entitles its holder to one ticket per match.
  • Tickets must be obtained only through the official ticketing website: tickets.cafonline.com.
  • The YALLA app website for Fan ID and eVisa/AEVM requests is yallamorocco.ma.
  • The Organising Committee strongly warns that any other platform or application claiming to sell tickets is fraudulent and must not be used under any circumstances.

Support & Contact

To assist applicants, a dedicated customer service line is available: +212 5 30 30 20 30 (Arabic, English & French) — 24/7.
Applicants can also reach out via email: info@yallamorocco.ma.
The Organising Committee thanks all supporters, media, delegations and partners for their enthusiasm, reaffirming its commitment to a smooth ticket-purchase experience for everyone.

Why this update matters

With the tournament set to begin on 21 December 2025, the manual data‐entry option now allows fans from the four indicated countries with non-biometric passports to complete required administrative steps — previously a barrier to ticket purchase. This inclusion expands access and helps safeguard fairness in the ticketing process.
