Belgian boxing witnessed a historic night as Moroccan-born fighter Abdeladim Mis delivered a spectacular performance, defeating Argentina’s Luis Ernesto Rueda by technical knockout (TKO) in the third round to claim the WBF Intercontinental Super Welterweight Title.

He also opened up about his difficult past, revealing that before becoming a professional boxer, he experienced homelessness, relying on charity organizations for shelter.
“Today, my German team covers all my expenses, but my legal status remains a major obstacle to my future.”

“I cannot properly prepare for a world championship while dealing with these conditions. I hope my message reaches those with the power to intervene and end my suffering. I have never seen my family or my son, and that is beyond unbearable.”
